Guide to Door Sizing

Our guide will assist you in measuring for a proper fit.

When measuring for your new door from Glass Door Depot, please keep the following tips in mind:

Measurements are always given width first, height second.
When measuring the width of an opening, always measure top, then middle, then bottom. If these are not equal, something is “out of plum”.
When measuring the height of an opening, always measure right, then middle, then left. If these values are unequal, something is “out of level”.
The perfect opening is “Plum, Level, and Square”. Please see the figure below.
